Hawaii Island Wellness offers treatments most people have questions about before they book — body contouring, muscle stimulation, EMSculpt, EMSella. That's a marketing problem with a specific shape: the clinic doesn't just need to be found, it needs to explain and reassure before a patient ever walks in.

The challenge

Great care doesn't market itself. The clinic was delivering an excellent patient experience, but the story around it wasn't keeping pace — and it was spread across separate vendors who didn't talk to each other.

When we first met the clinic, they had an outdated website, poor social media presence, and overall just needed a facelift.

What we built

We started with in-person conversations with clinic leaders Kaylee and Malia to understand the business, then built one connected system around it:

01 · A brand worth trusting

We started where we always start: identity. A full style guide built around the islands themselves — a Hawaiian-islands logo mark and a palette pulled from the place: sand, coral, deep greens, and ocean teals. Warm and professional, because a med-spa has to feel like both.

02 · A website that answers first questions

With the brand locked, we designed a site that does the front desk's job at 11pm: what each treatment is, who it's for, and how to book — in plain language, no medical jargon.

03 · Video that lets real people say it

We produced a commercial built on real interviews — the doctor and real patients, on camera, in their own words. No actors, no script-reading.

04 · Ads that bring the right people in

Targeted campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram pointed at people already searching for these treatments on the island — with monthly reporting, so the clinic always knows what its marketing is doing.
