Kona Heaven had everything a great brand needs: an unbeatable oceanfront location, genuinely excellent coffee, and a real farm-to-cup story. What they didn't have was a way to tell that story consistently — online or in person.
The challenge
The team was pouring their heart into the café every day, but their marketing didn't reflect the experience. Branding was inconsistent, the website wasn't built to sell, and social media was sporadic.
