With Hawaii Island Wellness, we made it a priority to spend time together in person with Kaylee and Malia and the team, getting to know not just the clinic, but the heart behind it. Through those conversations, we identified their core needs: to clearly communicate their services and technology, build trust with new patients, elevate their brand presence, and create a marketing system that reflects the level of care they provide. With a clear strategy in place, we executed across every key area of their marketing. We designed and refined their website to better communicate services and guide patients toward booking, created professional video and photo content to build credibility and connection, and produced a commercial that captures the heart of their clinic and builds trust with new patients. We also managed their social media with content that feels both educational and personal. On the advertising side, we built and optimized Google Ads and launched targeted social campaigns to increase visibility and drive consistent patient inquiries. Each piece was designed to work together—building awareness, establishing trust, and turning interest into action.
